I work with individual adults, couples and families experiencing a range of stressful life situations such as a traumatic event, death of a loved-one, illness, separation/divorce, family conflict, substance abuse recovery, and life transitions. I work with people who want to know themselves better and to create more joy in their lives. I work with children of all ages. As Parenting Counselor at a women’s residential recovery center, I worked with children ages 0-3 and their mothers to create healthy relationships. I have witnessed first-hand, the impact of the parent-child attachment relationship on the child’s development.
